Horrible customer service. My partner went there today to print out two pages of documents. He asked a member of staff how whether its better to send him a file via email to print it out or whether its better for him to use the computer to log in and find the file on his email himself. Member of staff told him that using a computer would cost him additional 1, so my partner said that he'll just email him the file then to what the member of staff told him that this would also cost 1 on top of 20 pences per page. Is this some kind of a joke? A 1 just to open a file on your email and print it out? Then a printer accidentally printed out 3 pages instead of 2 and guess what? A fellow member of staff said that my partner must pay for that extra paper too. My partner refused in the end. I do not recommend this place at all. Staff should learn how to treat clients. P.S. By the way look at the way they are answering to other complaints on google reviews. VERY PROFESSIONAL. UPDATE: Thank you Embassy Net for replying to my review. Yet again you showed you ignorance towards an appropriate customer service. Rather than trying to apologize for lack of transparency and issues that caused distress and negative emotions BY YOU and your rude staff member, you decide to blame the customer for a horrible experience. So nice of you!!! By the way, read again, my partner specifically asked for TWO (2) PAGES, NOT THREE (3). It was one document on one page that he wanted to be printed TWICE. It's your problem that your printer is not working well and printing more than it should. PEOPLE AVOID!
