Just had our new kitchen and appliances fitted by Empire - we love it. The whole process from design to fitting was easy and painless. Paige has kept us updated all the way through and any queries were sorted quickly and efficiently. The fitting by Martin was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends (who also love the kitchen).

Exceptional service from start to finish. From our very first tentative enquiry to the sign off of the kitchen; Paige, Martin (Fitter) and Empire have been nothing short of excellent. High quality choice of products, wonderful advice and guidance from Paige; personal and attentive to ensure our dream kitchen came to life. Fitted to perfection by Martin who takes a great deal of pride in his work and has delivered an outstanding piece of craftsmanship. Hi-tech and modern products that are brilliant and seamless sign off process to confirm we are happy. Everything is around the customer, which is rare these days. Anyone reading this, you will never regret using EMPIRE as they are SO SO BRILLIANT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Excellent service, the staff go above and beyond. Recently purchased a fridge/freezer, the staff arranged for me to have same day delivery as my old freezer had broken the day before, the delivery driver had already left for the day but he returned to deliver my freezer. When delivered it wouldn’t fit (our fault), the delivery driver, Chris, was amazing. He was so polite and helpful - he was only supposed to drop it at the doorstep but he spent 45mins trying to help us. The freezer ended up having go back with the delivery driver. When we returned to store that evening with, our own transport, the guy we spoke to (sorry I have forgotten your name) was great, he didn’t make us feel ‘silly’ for not double checking our measurements or as though we were wasting their time. He helped us load the new freezer onto our van and even let us borrow a sack barrow overnight as he knew we would struggle when we got home!!!! WOW, What fantastic service! The cherry on the cake was that the freezer was 50 cheaper here than competitors so they have nailed the pricing too. The staff are truly an asset to this company and we will definitely be back. THANK YOU!
An amazing service, very helpful, the purchase and delivery was made very easy for my mum over the telephone, and same day delivery. Delivery driver was brilliant. Thank You so much. 100% would recommend.
A family-owned and run business that offers a high-level of service, choice, good prices... and kitchens, too! We were looking to buy a new kitchen and asked Empire Appliances to provide a design and quotation. Out of 5 prices, Empire were very competitive. More than that, we got a good feeling from our initial dealings with Paige and Phil. An additional factor was that we could see and choose exactly the appliances we wanted, with expert advice always on hand. A site visit was arranged, with both Paige and the kitchen fitter, Martyn, attending - importantly, allowing any issues or difficulties to be spotted in advance. During the fitting, other tradespeople commented on the quality of workmanship... and a great kitchen can only look its best when it is installed to a high standard. Likewise, the granite company Empire use is local and they were similarly confidence-inspiring. We were so pleased with the end result, with the added bonus of superb after-sales service. So, we would happily recommend Empire Appliances for anything from a microwave, to white goods, through to a whole new kitchen. A great price but more importantly, wonderful people to deal with - Thank you!
