after a difficult summer with no rubbish collection from our property I am at last able to say- thank you- we have had our bin emptied 2 weeks running by Fife Council. Long may it continue- yay, sorry neighbours for any difficulty caused

I live above someone and my property had a leak at night time which got worse with the rain, was near my light and the emergency repairs line didn't class it as an emergency lol!! So I just let it flood both our property's until the morning when I can phone the normal repair line aye? That's of course if the electrical system hasn't electrocuted both of us of course. At least employ people with some common sense in your call centre.
I have tried to call the council numerous times on the number provided. This is only an answering message. No way to contact any departments. No one to put you through to a department. Yes there is covid but many council workers are back to work why is this still the case? Terrible service from Fife council
Utterly useless, phoned them to set up direct debit for council tax and change my address and they just ended the call after taking the payment. Guess they can keep the wrong address on file for me for evermore.
Impossible to speak to any one. I'm sure it would be possible to have some kind of contact over the phone. !!! Not everyone has internet. Diabolical service.
