I have spent years looking for someone who actually cares about repairing shoes and my quest is over. Sam, the one with the tattoos, really knows his stuff and has given me back shoes as good as new every time. I know I’m not alone in thinking they are the real deal because whenever I walk past they are always busy. He is also friendly and helpful, don’t let the tattoos put you off!
