The length of the queues was VIRTUALLY going out of the door and they only had 2 people serving and one looked like he was a TRAINEE Also the shelves where all MIXED UP with games for the PS4 in the section for the Nintendo Switch and when this was mentioned I had my head bitten off the sad thing about this is I am Disabled and wheelchair bound and unable to reach high level shelves and I asked a member of staff who spun around and they he said I DIDN'T SEE YOU DOWN THERE. I felt very DEGRADED I'M GOING TO BE CONTACTING THE HEAD OFFICE ABOUT THIS as this is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE

Poor service, one staff member at till points, avoided making eye contact whilst sticking price labels on product. Eventually offered help, was surly, not particularly helpful and made me feel like an inconvenience. Not impressed

Quite often games are available cheaper round the corner. One time came in to discuss a console purchase with a friend. Staff spoke to people around us but then left after. When they returned they again spoke to people around us and left again. Ended up buying elsewhere. On the flip side the midnight launch was quite fun but again the game was cheaper everywhere else.
