I would give a 0 stars if I could. Ordered on Just eat and after delivery realised my order was wrong. Called them to get this amended only to be ignored on the phone whilst he spoke to someone else. Customer service skills are non existent. Was told them would deliver the correct food. Called them back over an hour later to be told that it's sill on the way. Well it hasn't arrived nearly 1.5 hours later. Awful service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Half my order missing & the other half wasn't edable. Red raw chicken & verrrrrry old chips! I have never ever had food so bad from anywhere & have reported them (which I've never done with anyone before) They clearly know they are doing wrong because you can't get through to them at all after you've recieved your order! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

If I could I would give this place a 0 star! After ordering here many many times, this evening let them down, I called the restaurant after having an item missing from my order, I was friendly and tried to explain, first of all the man who answered kept talking to somebody else, when he finally spoke to me he was asking for an order number, but unfortunately I couldn’t provide this as the order still said out for delivery ( you should really check how Uber-eats work ) I’m pretty sure if he asked for the address or what the order was he could have recalled? Surely you have receipts for orders that are place? Anyway he point blank said no I can’t help you... to say businesses are currently suffering through out this pandemic time this restaurant are either trying to Loose all there customers, or they are far to over themselves, I won’t at all be ordering from these again, and I highly suggest you avoid them, you won’t get any help after they take your money.

The place has gone down hill in standards and the new man behind the desk needs to get some customer service skill and learn to stop being so ignorant & rude speaking to customers I ordered and takeaway and when we got home and started to put food on plates we realised they had made a mistake with the order we rang up to explain to be told it’s not his fault it is the chefs and if we want it changed i would have to pay a fee and after couple minutes of trying to ask why I need to pay he put the phone down. Totally disgusting behaviour and the food was awful. Avoid this place

Put an order through on Uber Eats at 18:15 on a Friday. Expected a bit of a wait being Friday and delivery was estimated at 19:10 - 19:20. Requested an update on delivery time at 19:30, no call back. No sign of anything come 20:00 so tried to ring the restaurant. The number listed on Google and their site is disconnected. Finally got through to the takeout via Uber, and whoever answered the phone was nothing but rude and dismissive. We explained we had been waiting nearly 2 hours to which they said it's 'only been an hour and 50 min and they were very busy'. They refused to give an ETA on delivery. Still siting here at 20:45 with no sign of it. Would never recommend this place to anyone considering such complete lack of customer service. On a good note though, Pizza Hit can deliver at the time they actually say they will.
