Really pleased with my fab fire surrounds and the fitters were great installing everything. I recommend this shop. Owner was helpful to us and delivered us a great quick service. I am happy customer.

This is a family owned store. The owner cares about his customers as people. My mum bought me a beautiful fire and he delivered it as a favour. No cost. Then we went in recently to ask advice and he could easily have sold my mum a new fire. Instead he gave her advice which basically lost him a sale of over 1000. What more can I say? Few people have that kind of integrity these days. My fire is an electric fire with steam making the flames. It's uncovered not in glass and looks exactly like a real fire but with none of the hassle or danger that would come with it for someone who has 3 dogs and 2 cats that are all a bit dumb!

Very friendly and honest, went to buy a new fire as we thought the one we had was no good, explained this only be told we only needed a service, the fire looks and works like new thankyou and to Phil also who carried out the service, saved us a fortune
