A five star service gets a five star rating. I went to Glenrands with my Range Rover for a second opinion on a fault and I'm glad I did. Not only did they save me money but they found the real cause of the problem. A real delight to have excellent customer care from start to finish. Can not recommend them enough.

I took my VW Crafter Campervan to the guys at Glenrands, it needed the extra roof height in the garage. So pleased I did, they gave me such a professional and comprehensive diagnostics report, completely worth its weight in gold. I then discussed with Ross, who gave very sensible recommendations on the best way to proceed with works to it. I’m very pleased with the outcome. They went above and beyond in the care of my vehicle. Will absolutely use again!

Superb customer service from Ross and the team. Excellent comms before and text reminders sent for the booking. Brand new Hunter 4 wheel laser alignment kit and they know their stuff e.g. Tight Tolerance Mode enabled. Kwik Fit will look at you blank if you mention TTM. All wheels balanced on a new machine and the slight wheel wobble has vanished. I recommend you use Ross over a main dealer any day (which I never use by the way!)

Absolutely incredible service! My car was collected from my house and during the time it was being repaired I was sent text messages informing me what was wrong and when parts were coming in so I could expect when to get the car back. Ross also spoke to me on the phone to explain what needed repairing, giving me a detailed account of the expenses. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently. It was returned beautifully valeted. I am completely thrilled. I highly recommend Glenrands. Thank you so much

Absolutely incredible, Ross and the team have something special here. With out question the service is fantastic. That's what I found myself and from reading others reviews it's clearly routine, brilliant. What has struck me besides the customer service, is the workmanship and knowledge. No dirty hands, clean gloves put on before anything is touched. Seats covered regardless, bonnet skirt fitted before any work takes place. Floor and working area is tidy. Specifications are known and followed regarding all work carried out, torque figures are adhered to .....this place works correctly. Communication is fantastic, I'm reasonably savvy and can converse regarding mechanical issues however my wife is not but the way Ross explains and takes time, there is no feeling stupid or doubt. The whole experience if frankly first class, a breath of fresh air. I just don't think any other garage comes close.

Took my freelander to Glenrands, and couldn't be happier with the service! Ross and the team did a really in depth check over the car and quoted me fairly. Its clear that attention to detail and customer service means everything to them. Really happy with the work done on the car and the car even got a really good clean. I am back on the road and will be using Grenlands in the future for all my problematic free lander needs.
