This was my first visit to Halfords in Dundee for a vehicle service. The staff were polite, courteous and professional and the mechanics did a cracking job getting my BMW Z4 fully serviced. Thanks to my military service, I received a generous discount too! Many thanks.

I had a disaster with my car light and needed it fixed asap as I rely on my car for work. The receptionist was very helpful (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) and as the mechanics were fixing my front light they noticed another issue and offered to fix it too! Incredibly good value and professional, very thankful for their last minute help.

Always take my car to Halfords Dundee, and always happy with their service. Dawn and James are both great, my car is always 100%, and the fees charged are reasonable and good value for money.

I initially booked my car in to have 2 tyres changed and decided to get mot at same instead of putting elsewhere. It's an electric car and generally not much upkeep however when I was called and told it had failed I asked what was needing replaced and how much as I'd have happily paid to have it all done and dusted in one go as I'm disabled and require my car but the price was extremely steep and overpriced. I was told that my car parts were extremely expensive as its an electric car and it was a massive job. It failed on some sort of bearing on the arm and an advisory of a drop link. Quoted me just over 450 to repair it so I took it out and got the parts myself for 60 from eurocarparts and had the work done at another garage that cost me 60 for labour. That's a massive massive difference. 120 all in from elsewhere. Shouldn't be allowed to do this to people.
