What wonderful staff. Removed my dash cam as I am.changing cars. Took great care and was very patient. Very reasonably charge. Will recommend.

Went there specifically for a socket/spanner set in the black Friday sale which I found out about via an email from them. Easy to find & was able to look at it without hassle. I didn't require any assistance but there were plenty of staff about if I had of needed help. Both tills were in use with small queues but the wait was minimal. The staff were pleasant and friendly at the tills & credit to the girl on the other till who remain calm and professional whilst a gentleman who I was inclined to say was intoxicated was being very rude and using unsavoury language. The store was clean & all the aisles were free from rubbish & clutter. There were plenty of empty car parking spaces to choose from but this is probably due to me waiting until later on a Sunday afternoon to venture out. One half of the entrance/exit was closed and appeared to be due to the heavy rain as there were plenty of wet floor warning signs around the area.

Needed to return a 2yr old battery that had died on me, which had a year warranty left. Took to local halfords in Haverfordwest where I bought it, they didn't have replacement so would have to wait 6 days to get one from another store. Rang me to say it had arrived, replaced with nothing to pay, took it home, fitted it and works fine.

First rate store that offers a very friendly service with experienced staff. The staff go out of their way to help you and carry out very high quality repairs in their cycle department particularly. Recommended.

Great Staff I use Halfords as I teavel around the country a great deal. I can usually find what I am looking for. Locally I use local motor factors as I have always had a good relationship with them. My local Halfords is normally my first port of call for tools as the advanced range is seriously good kit.
