In store, we were so grateful for the service we received from Richard. Unfortunately online we couldn’t select the bike build option and had tried for a few days but it said ‘sorry our booking system is curry unavailable’. In the end, we ordered the bike unbuilt and thought we’d try our luck at building it ourselves as we didn’t want the bike to sell out. We had been trying to get bikes for months but struggled due to the high demand. When we went into the store the kind man asked if there was a reason why we’d not specified for it to be built. I explained the situation and he very, very kindly said he would build it for us. We were incredibly grateful for this! It was such a massive help!
