Staff always very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They also seem very knowledgeable. Great products too. Honest discussion around pricing of items. I did not feel pressured to buy extra things or the most expensive item at all.

Just great service, I called on to Adams team again today, just a puncture, very kindly replaced the inner tube on my request and also they replaced the rear tyre, again upon my request. My daughter who rode the bike down, was over the moon thinking she was going to be without her beloved Frog bike for some time. This is the second time I have used the team at this branch and I would recommend without hesitation if you want great service combined with actual cyclists knowledge.

I visited on Christmas eve and the staff member Steve was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. He sold me some engine oil for the website cheaper price. Would definitely recommend.

Always helpful and knowledgable staff at this store, recommended. Steve is always pleasant and so willing to help everytime I visit and won't try and sell you the most expensive item. Always willing to discuss the pros and cons of different items allowing you to decide which suits you best. Excellent

The staff member who served me sold me the most expensive car battery saying it had to be this particular one. On top of that there was a 25 fitting fee 150 for a battery and fitting very expensive! He also wore his mask under his mouth most of the time and social distancing was not evident. If I hadn’t been desperate I would have shopped elsewhere.
