Currently have 3 different addresses with he council under 1 postcode. My council tax, registration to vote and utilities are all I'm different addresses. This means I am not found on any credit supper files meaning my credit score has taken a huge hit since I moved to fulham. None of the addresses linked are my actually address...spoke to the rudest cant be arsed group of people who said there is nothing they can do and it's just a problem I have to deal with. How can a council be happy to have 3 addresses all incorrect and then ask me to pay council tax for an address I dont live at.

People who sit there - they just don’t care when you call them for the 7 times regarding the same noise which u had already for multiple times. Nobody really cares about your living

I've been in my flat for 3 weeks and still no council tax letter or email, which means I can't set up parking, which means I've spent sums of money on parking and the unfortunate parking fine which I didn't budget for. Both my fiancé and I have registered, we've emailed several times and of course there's not phone line. What a lovely welcome to the borough to 2 new residents. The abysmal rating is well deserved.

Dear Hammersmith and Fulham council, I'm writing about your \affordable housing\ scheme. There isn't anything affordable about it. The first 1 bed flat(ground floor overlooking the main road, no outside space or parking) was on Kings Road and was offered at market value of 1 million but worked out at 2 million if 100% purchase after paying you rent. Now a second 2 bed top floor no parking in Empirial warf is at value 500k but with a 29 year mortgage rentservice charge at 3% only one will be paying 2500 a month. Rent for the same type of property is cheaper! And in the end you will still own only 60% of a leasehold(no mention of how many years left on that as resale). This is a disgrace and an insult to hard working residents. If you don't plan on offering actual affordable housing(1 and 2 million for a tiny propery is not affordable on an average London salary) scrap the scheme and admit you are just as bad as the developers! Gready and uncaring. PS. Two weeks in a row your bin men tear up our bin bags and leave all the litter scattered infront of our house instead of collecting. Don't care what's inside or what their problem is, you do not polute our front on purpose especially since we already submitted a complaint via your website once and it happened again today. If it happens a third time we are taking you to court and will refuse to pay council tax! Have also taken photos of the older bin man doing this and will report with the met. This is anti-social behaviour and the council are paying this man to do this!
