Would like to thank all at Healthy Prestatyn Iach, it’s an incredibly difficult time for all at the moment with the changes and guidelines. I filled in an online form at 6pm last night and received a phone call this morning from a lovely Dr (cannot remember his name sorry) who was very happy to help and very understanding. Thank you so much for helping with resolving the matter and making this an easy , comfortable experience. Thank you

Just filled form to see a GP. I have given most of my life to the N H S as a nurse. When completed with every detail, it simply finished with 'call' 111 or visit your urgent centre. I feel ill and my lovely GP knows I have serious health issues, but it said GP would not be informed! I don't know what to do. I do NOT want to be taken as an emergency to hospital again. It was a dreadful experience.

I have found it to be an awful system where they don’t seem to employ enough staff to deal with the amount of patients in the area. Therefore the staffs workloads are horrendous and must be stressed to hell. They encourage you to fill in a consultation form to decide whether they will see you or phone you back if you’re lucky to get a reply at all. My experience after filling in the form where I was promised, (by an automated recording) that they would ring me by the next 2 days. So I didn’t hear back till the 3rd day when I was in work. My son has also filled in a consultation form a week ago and is still waiting to hear anything back. The consequences of this very inefficient service on the patients could potentially be very severe, and as lovely as the nurses and doctors are there, something needs to be done about the management of the system, it’s NOT good!

phoned at 840 am with severe stomach pains Got advice from Lisa 5 mins later and was told it would clear without hospital treatment but would take time. Following her advice the pain disappeared at7pm and have had none since What a good service after 3 days of it Well done Lisa and team at healthy Prestatyn.Now its Sat bmorning and at last no more pain started me thinking about the great service I've had in the last 5 months with my copd both from Dr Reid and Rob the Pharmacist They have both been a godsend in keeping me out of hospital and enjoying as good a life as I can have with this condition .Caused by myself after 45 years smoking Thank you both. Now I see plenty of complaints about the centre but there must be many good ones that nobody bothers to write about So why dont you do so to give the staff a bit of a lift about how good the staff are instead of all that negativity Ron Shearer v
