Terrible service. Waited close to 2 hours for delivery (being told it would be an hour). Ended up having to go there directly and there was a massive pile of food waiting to be collected for delivery so it was all cold. Really disappointed as we've enjoyed food from here before. Won't order again. I called to get an ETA and they had no record of the order and just dismissed me saying it was on it's way. AVOID.

my wife and I just picked up special chow mein (large) each, and I must say it was nice. The staff is nice and polite when you walk in to their shop.

The food is great, but very poor delivery times (scheduled hour wait, 1hr 45m in practice)

I ordered a very basic meal rice chips curry sauce and 2 appetisers. We were told 1 hour wait time - very reasonable if you ask me... Well it ended up being 2 and a half hours! I could not even call to get an update from the restaurant so I spent the majority of that time assuming I had been robbed and I wasn't going to get my food. When it did arrive I didn't get a sorry or even an acknowledgement of the wait time and the food was stone cold. All of this and no refund whatsoever! Absolute shambles of a restaurant, if you value your time or money I would not spend either on these people.

Ordered Chinese for the first time from Heavenly cuisine. Delivered very quick although ribs are too big, rice flavourless and doest taste like chinese rice. Chicken Satay in peanut sauce was Ok, but could have had more sauce. Wont be ordering again!
