I liked this store, I often visited and bought there. I was there recently and unfortunately there was rude service. Mrs. Agata, as I later checked on the receipt, instead of helping, she mocked the client. In these times where there is so much competition, rather such complex behavior is unacceptable.

I RECENTLY MADE A NUMBER OF VISITS AND SUBSEQUENT PURCHASES FROM THE KENDAL SHOP ,WHERE I EXPERIENCED THE MOST MISERABLE STAFF MEMBER ON THE TILL ,MY EXPERIENCE OF THIS INDERVIDUAL WAS THE SAME SURLY, MISERABLE, UNWELCOMING RETAIL WORKER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERD .I AM UNSURE WETHER IT IS HER LACK OF GRASP OF ENGLISH OR JUST HER GENERAL MANNER ,A FRIEND ALSO ENCOUNTERD THIS POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE VERY DISSAPOINTED

I use this store fairly regularly, it's kind of hit and miss for service. Some of the staff have been really pleasant and gone out of their way to be helpful, looking up information about products, they are exactly what sales staff should be, to counter this, other times staff are short, bordering on rude who acts like they want you out of the shop. I also find it rather expensive when the Penny Sale isn't on, for a national chain with their buying power, some small independents actually offer the same products cheaper.
