We went looking for a few items for a new menu. The advice and help that is offered is second to none. I was asked specific questions, which helped me identify exactly what I needed from a sofa product. When I needed more help, their pastry was called. She spoke to me on the phone and even gave me a recipients and some more tips. Lastly they also have some hard to find books. I simply showed the lady a picture of something I had been trying to track down, and she had it. So happy. Great service, great product.

Fast delivery. Ordered late afternoon and received my order the following afternoon. Highly recommend as prices, (including delivery) are very competitive.
Ordered items from them only to be told that the parcel was lost (DHL fault or them ?). I asked for a commercial gesture, none. They told me I would get another parcel but with some products missing as they are now out of stock. Still waiting on that parcel... very very bad service, do not count on them to help you out... To answer your message : first not true about your response. I sent you an email and stayed without any answer from you for several days. I had to contact you again through Instagram to get some informations. When someone finally gave me some info, I asked for a commercial gesture but nothing. You offer 2 days delivery and the parcel arrived 3 weeks later. If you call that good service then we have different point of views of what a good service should be. Plus there are still some products missing in that first parcel. So now, I find myself waiting 7 to 14 more days to get all the products I ordered. Maybe you should read your other reviews and question yourself, because if you are as good as you pretend to be, you should be reviewed 4,5 star minimum !
Very understanding and cooperative. Michael and Yasemin were both able to develop rapport and establish very friendly talk but yet professional. They were knowledgeable and helpful in me getting the right product.
In this Pandey time they need to book like restaurant I junk they need to post this in the store or in the web site
