Ordered food to be here for 18:50 ... now 20:50 and not even a peep from them.. no answer on the phone either ... understand it’s busy but at least give us a shout... thanks guys.

So the food was lovely but the service was shocking we ordered takeaway as we have done always when it didn't arrive we rang up to question it..... a very very rude response love the food but need better customer service

This is has always been my families go to for Indian cuisine both in a takeaway format and visiting their wonderful restaurant. The food is divine and customer service exemplary it is no wonder that we always endeavour to book a table for any family celebration (birthdays here are a right of passage!). We went for the first time since lockdown for my sisters 18th and it was nothing short of perfect! I would like to give special credit to the new blonde haired staff member that was not only welcoming and accomodating but hilarious! I cant wait to celebrate at the Indian Ocean once again! P.s. one recommendation would be to make adjustments to card payments because the card reader has struggled to pick up a signal for a significant amount of time which can result in some awkward interactions.
