Nice food with out a question but delivery time is a joke if we were told 1 hour 50 fair but the site says 1 hour 10! No poppadoms arrived called but unable to give me a refund....

Ordered at 6pm last night, delivery time of 7.30pm. Got a call at 8.30pm to say it would be 45 mins, I said OK as long as no later as I have a newborn who wakes at 4am without fail and I need my sleep and had waited up long enough already, was assured it would definitely be with me within 45mins. 9.35pm nothing arrives and get through and I'm told its still cooking! Really disappointed as had to go to bed hungry and lost valuable sleep time, they should've been honest and said they couldn't fulfil the order allowing enough time for me to make food and go to bed at a reasonable time. Refund given. But to be honest the customer service isn't up to standard, I'd have offered a sincere apology apology and a voucher having been 3.45hours plus past delivery time with such poor communication. Very disappointing.
Terrible so dry no sauce at all on my chicken madras . Korma was brown in colour. Like it was made in the same container as the madras very dissatisfied.
Good traditional curry house. No free poppadoms though
