My daughter and I had a fabulous time! Staff were great, only thing I wasn't happy about was the fact the ball pit and bungee are advertised on the website (part of the reason of going) and they aren't in use...so website does need updating as I may have booked 1 hour instead of 2. However we did still have a great time and definitely recommend no matter what age you are

Absolutely loved the place. Its such good fun and we never knew it was there!!! We took our son for his Birthday who was 3 and his baby brotger who is 21 months. We went during the toddler session and glad we did as its just little kids and parents only so there's plenty of space. If you go during other times then you have big clumsy kids running riot everywhere. Both of ours loved it. The slides are pretty difficult to climb up especially when carrying your kid up, the steps are practically vertical and so are the slides... we put our 21 month on a big slide on his own. He was petrified going down but laughed at the bottom. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ARMS IN! my wife got a burn off one slide due to the speed you come down and her hand touching the wall. As you go in, there's a little section for small kids too so they cater for everyone. Theres also lockers that are cheap and you can pay for using your card. There's also a nice cafe with free juice and biscuits for the toddler session but they serve hot food and drinks although expensive... We will definitely be returning soon!

excellent customer service I would rate it more then 5stars if I could. Whenever I have booked for my kids party the staff always go above any beyond ️

Loved it. Quite busy despite 'social distancing' in place. I would advise booking to go first thing in the morning at a weekend.

Big bouncy place for the young and the young at heart.Competitve entrance prices, book in advance as bery busy especially on school holiday. A place to spend all those kids energy. Friendly staff and reasonable snack prices.
