Please Avoid this company! Just had quote 770 online pay deposit and then company call me and said this is not correct the correct is 3750! Man was very rude on phone !! They still charge me 25 pounds for cancellation after 2 minutes. Scammers!!!

The only reason they are getting One star is because I can't give zero. I filled in the online apication for a quote then 2 weeks later they hit me with an error 1 day before my cancellation period is up. The error at their end meant to carry on with the policy would have added an extra 30 to my policy per month. They insisted I had to pay all the fees which would have worked out at over 120 for 2 weeks of cover and if was an over sight on their part. After hours of phone calls I managed to get it all knocked off apart from some under writer fees. Patronising and greedy. I'd rather walk to work than ever use this company again. Stay well clear.
Like many previous reviews do not touch this company with a barge pole as previously stated by others the quote given is a joke with a cancellation charge after an over inflated price increase following a phone call imediatley after i paid online i was quoted 141 and then it gets changed to 439 the contact staff worker Natasha had no interest in my refusal to pay there 25 cancellation fee i will await the so called call from a manager to discuss. Please trust mine and other reviews this mob are nothing more then a con Avoid Avoid!
Terrible service , they are good at the first contact for your sales of your van policy, however they will let the policy run for a few months before asking to validate NBC , , also they are happy to mirror NCB from another vehicle that you own , until they want to validate, then will not accept your mirrored NCB , at this point they will charge you an additional 220.00 plus admission fee of 35.00 to amend the policy. Absolutely outrageous company, Beware as they will quote you a cheap insurance quote but by the end of there service you will pay over the odds . I have forwarded my experience to the insurance regulator, who was not surprised with my complaint,
