STAY AWAY! Never have I experienced such disregard for a paying customer. The process of ordering and parting with your cash is quick and easy. Actually receiving the goods you've ordered? May want to try elsewhere. Oh, and if you try and ask for help? Forget it, if I wanted surly remarks I'd sit down with my teenager. A great example of how not to treat customers and completely unnecessary too. Waiting for my refund... fingers crossed.

Abaulute joke of a service. Took two weeks for my live food to arrive in the process every bug was dead . Refused a replacement or a refund . Had to go out and buy more . I do not recommend Internet reptile . If I was able to give 0 stars I would

I would highly recommend this place to any reptile lovers. The staff have a wealth of knowledge of many different types of reptiles. My son is autistic and they were brilliant with him,i think he held just about every reptile in there. Don't expect to purchase anything without doing your research as they are not like your franchise pet shop,sell to anybody. Which truly shows they care about the reptiles they are selling. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else as the care and knowledge these guys have is fantastic.

Awful experience! Shocking customer service! Anyone can read a web order, pack a box and get it delivered but I’m a firm believer in supporting companies which show great customer care when things don’t go quite right. Equally, I will shame those which just couldn’t care less about the customer - enter internetreptile.com and their god awful response to what should have been a very simple resolution to a simple issue. I can only assume they furloughed or got rid of their better customer support reps as the person who I dealt with was so shockingly bad, they didn’t even want to divulge their name and be associated with their complete lack of care. After placing an order before Xmas, I expected their may be a delay which I was fine with. What I wasn’t prepared for was the fact that my order was just left, unprocessed, with no notifications or updates and when I dare to have the audacity to query my order over a week after making full payment, I was met with rude, snide remarks from someone who clearly couldn’t be bothered to even read my message or look into it. After several messages, it didn’t get any better, I was still none the wiser and the snide remarks continued. At this stage I could no longer be bothered and requested a refund... and I’m waiting... still... BUYER BEWARE - reading some of the other negative reviews, there’s definitely a patrern here... take your business to one of the other many online retailers who will value your custom.
