Always had very good service in the work shop and the merchandise section, I think the servicing is second to none, I live in Somerset, but happy to travel to the Isle of Wight as I know my Bike is in good hands, Mike Attrill is a top engineer and heads a great team! Well done to all at Isle of wight Motorcycles.

I have a 92 plate Dr350s , hard to find parts for ! The staff are always helpful , friendly and welcoming, even if I'm only looking for advice . The parts department have never let me down, result :- one happy biker !!! Many thanks to Mike and his team

Tried for 2 days to phone to ask if they had a battery for my bike, finally got through after 2 days. Parts team were on lunch or generally unavailable at other times I phoned. Took bike in to ensure it was the correct battery as they didn't know (CCM R30 Suzuki Engine). They did lend me an allen key to remove seat but then I was advised that if I wanted to borrow a screwdriver then it was 'becoming a bit of a workshop job' and were generally unhelpful. When I left the Parts man came out and was rude and aggressive and generally uncourtious. I was then left to bump start my 650cc single on my own and off I went without a battery to go and find someone helpful who I could give my money to. Bad show Isle of Motorcycles. You missed a chance to help me out and make a sale. I won't be going back. Cheers, Adam
