JCS attended our property to carry out a service on our air con/ heater unit. I found them to be very professional, and really knowledgeable about my installed unit. Peter Vaughan has had quite a long association with JCS since they installed Air Con in his restaurant, The Bistro, Devizes - probably 15 years ago - and continued to maintain it. They have just installed a unit in Vaughan's Cookery School and we look forward to another long association, as they return to maintain that each year! The eco-credentials of this company fit perfectly with our business ethos, making sure that we are mindful of the effect we have on the environment through our actions and the decisions we take. Jon and Matt carried out the installation in an efficient and effective way and with good humour. They reminisced about falafel wraps over the years, appreciated the coffee and 'nibbles' and even re-positioned a clock and a picture - which wasn't in the contract :) Highly recommended.
We had a problem with our fujitsu AC unit. The louvre was not moving properly. I contactedJCS on the monday and they arrived on friday. Diagnosed the problem and sorted it. We asked if they could book us in for a service (as you need to book well in advance, coz people are always busy), and they did it there and then. So i am a very happy customer and we shall be using this fine company again. Great communication, great service I highly recommend these people.
JCS have been maintaining the All Cannings Village Shop air conditioning units as well as our chillers and freezers for several years. They provide a highly professional service and have come to our rescue on many occasions. We are very satisfied with their service.
An excellent service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! I inherited a swimming pool with a property I purchased and was struggling to run the heating system properly. Following a brief phone call explaining the situation, the team turned up (on time) and spent a couple of hours attending to the heat pump in a sweltering plant room, making sure the everything was running properly. Being a complete novice they talked me through the air source system and made recommendations on how to run the system efficiently. They had every opportunity to up sell or add on non essential services, but they didn't. Instead they provided honest, well informed and no nonsense advice that I really appreciated. They have set the bar very high for other local trades!
