When booking, I was told that I could wait for my vehicle, as it was a minor service ( I live 15 miles away). However, on arriving I was told that due to Covid I was not allowed to wait anywhere in the dealership, so I ended up walking around the area for over 3 hours. I understand these are challenging times but I feel this was really unsatisfactory - surely they could set up a few seats even if they were outside? I understand from a colleague that BMW have set up individual pods so customers can wait on site and work if they wish. Would any of the Jaguar staff expect this treatment from any other business?

This is not the first time i have had a bad experience at Jaguar Belfast. I have had to get some work done on my car brakes/discs recently. Specifically i will have to mention Chris in the service department- His customer service is appalling, he fails to take time/wants to walk away when asking about the services required and is quite snappy when you disagree or question him. I am quite disappointed with my last 2 experiences and have to say that the service was much friendlier and customer satisfying before the site was refurbished and modernised. If you are not buying a car forget about being treated with great customer service.
Staff don't appear to be interested. I am waiting over a week for a call back and it's not the first time that it has happened.
Couldn't sing loud enough about the staff at this place. Great bunch of people and always done there best with my XFR
