Such an amazing experience. Booked this as a surprise for my partner's 30th. The staff were so kind and really laid back - made us feel like the boat really was ours for those few hours. (And the driver was very patient about the loud music!) They were great, too, about letting us bring our own music/amp/snacks to save money. Icing on top: they upgraded us at the last minute. We booked Walton Jester for a Saturday afternoon to celebrate a significant birthday, with afternoon tea for about 40 guests as we cruised along the river from Walton-on-Thames to Hampton Court and back. We were very pleased with the way everything was organised, including the smart turn out of the staff, the way the boat deck was set out and the efficient service of food and drink. We'd arranged a professional musical cabaret on board and the boat crew ensured the musicians had space to work and a power supply. The journey timing and route were just right – and we were very fortunate with the weather! The quality of the catering, booked via JGF, was very good too. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone organising a similar event.
