I get that things occasionally go wrong and as long as things are put right, I'm happy, but having two members of staff telling me blatant lies is totally unacceptable. Like others, I'm also getting tired of things I buy regularly being out of stock. Maybe try spending less time trying to make yourselves look like saviours of the world with your blog and social media posts, and more time on looking after your customers.
