Although I live 15mls from Johnsons I always come here for all my aquarium products, and my fish. The store has a fab selection of all of the above and a wide variety of disabled equipment, along with everything else they sell. I love shopping here ones always spoilt for choice.

Nirmally I would give both the garden centre and pet/fish department 5stars all the way. I cannot credit the pet department high enough. But today on our way out the lady on the till was very rude and arrogant and pulled us up with 'In future!'. Not a good start to any customer service conversation. This rude woman than proceeded to talk over us as we tried to explain that staff has said that my husband could use the toilet and to go straight through. This was told to him from other staff and he what he was told! He tried to explain this woman but she spoke over him rudely and then when he was still talking turned her back! How completely and utterly rude. I know these are upsetting and worrying times, but why make it worse by having such bad manners and attitude toward paying customers. Absolutely awful. You should be ashamed of your actions and attitude of superiority! Give people a chance to explain why the events happen you rude woman!
This store includes a supermarket, cafe as well as the garden center. If you are coming to the store allow plenty of time to see all of it.
