Got a bag patched up and a few other garments repaired, above and beyond what I'd expected. They did an amazing job using decorative patches (more like it's been customised than straightforward repair). Very competitive prices and super friendly service, thanks gals! Will be back again, highly recommended.
I had to do some complex alterations to my wedsing dress, actually some other tailor before Jokoto refused to do it due to the complexity of the task. That is when I contacted Jokoto. From the first moment I had this feeling of trust they will do things right, I could feel the level of professionalism right from the first conversation. The result is just perfect. I am really happy and satisfied not only with the excellent work they did on my wedding dress, but also with the level of professionalism and the treatment I received. I went in to get my suit sleeves and trousers brought down for my wedding. Everything about the service was great, they were very friendly, they did the alterations exactly how i wanted and all within a week. And the price was very fair. I couldn't recommend Jokoto anymore!
The ladies at Jokoto Tailoring were super helpful with the couple of jobs that I needed them to do for my printing business. One was a standard garment re-labelling job and the quality was excellent. Will definitely be using them for all future re-labelling jobs. The other was for something that was unusual for me, as my client wanted some bespoke cycling accessories making up with all over print on them. They worked with me and my client to finalise the design patterns. It went through a few different versions, as my client was very particular about how they wanted the end product to look and the quality of the materials being used, and each time there were changes required they were able to fulfil the changes to the design specs perfectly. I then printed the design onto the fabric panels using the designs that they had personally created. It meant that the final product was awesome. The only person who was more happy than me with the end result was my client. I can not rate the skills of these ladies enough.
