Pretty garden, nice to wander around. Was hoping to see something in the domes, but they were only for special events. Nice cafe and outside area, really lovely decorated food. Entrance for garden 8 p.p, bistro /cafe itself is free. Bit on the pricey side despite what you get to see in other larger gardens. Special events such as outdoor cinema definitely pricey. Still a ice place and lovely staff.

Lovely gardens during the summer and great nature walk during the winter with lots of interesting pathways and views.

It is a jewel. Butterflies and bees in abundance today. Some of it is not a manicured garden but allows the wildlife and nature to thrive. An inspiration for any gardener who wants to do their bit for the environment. Their perfumes are also gorgeous. It's worth making the short walk (only about 100 yards) along the footpath to the bridge over the River Stour where we saw damsel flies darting. It was a real treat.

Stunning serene place, gorgeous scented flora, unusual fauna and yummy cakes galore. The staff working away in the baking hot sunshine are all more than happy to stop and answer any questions you may have about the plants and location. You'll be encouraged to 'scratch and sniff' the leaves as you wander around, within reason of course, treating the plants with respect, and you'll be rewarded with Rick and powerful, surprising scents floating up your nostrils. We discovered a scented geranium that reminded us of the good old days when you could walk into a spa and would be welcome with the citrussy eucalyptus smells wafting about... Heavenly. I am now currently searching for my own seeds so I can plant my own as they have mosquito repelling properties. The cage offers takeaway teas, coffees and the most amazing looking cakes decorated with edible flower petals. Almost too good to eat.... Almost! The highlight of the vidit was chasing dazzling teal dragonflies along the Riverside so I could take a photograph of them. A truly surprising morning. Thank you so much.
