Young employed staff are wonderful and helpful whilst older staff/ bosses treat you with distain and contempt . You sense they are doing you a favour when serving you at year 2045 prices whilst taking your hard earned money. Rule one in retail is always make your customers feel wanted and appreciated so they come back.
