It is the perfect shopping destination for the weekend. It has everything one could wish for. FREE parking, all clothing and retailing shops, and loads of restaurants on the lake to relax with a nice meal or coffee. It is perfect for children too as they can play around, run or hire the boats on the lake. I would totally recommend this place for families with children, couples, and everyone who loves to shop.

My wife daughter and I loved nickelodeon Adventure. We spent most the day there. If your kids like sponge Bob paw patrol (I have a 3 year old so that's why we went) or tmnt this is a great day out. You will find all the other nick favourites there but in smaller part. I highly recommend.

Based on a previous experience last year when it was intu Lakeside, we had gone one day before our son turned One, we’d left behind his stroller and went to the customer centre to ask about hiring the themed strollers, however as he was under 1, they didn’t allow us to hire one, however they very kindly gave us a complimentary standard stroller to use. Also once the kind staff realised it was his Birthday the following day, they gave him a present, which was totally unexpected but still very welcome, he loved it. Really impressed and pleasantly surprised.

At this time of year, beware huge queues just to get into the car park! Get there incredibly early is the best bet. Once there, a good range of shops although don't just restrict yourself to the shopping mall as there's a good variety of shops in the surrounding shopping areas - if you can bear the traffic!

Fantastic place to come a shop. Everything you need (and not only for Christmas) all under one roof. A good variety of shops, food and restaurants. And they are taking health and safety very seriously to look after everyone's health during this pandemic. Thank you Intu Lakeside.
