The staffs are nice and very helpful. The only issue is the parking. No place to park your car. Especially when you need help to get the lawnmower out of your car. In general, the service is good.

I previously have good experience here, but I recently took my 14m-old chainsaw due to poor starting. A member of staff with a bad attitude just came out of the back and said it looked in bad condition (I use about once every 2m - probably 6-7 times since I bought it!) and starter wouldn't be under warranty as it hadn't been serviced. They called me several days later to say I'd used the wrong fuel and the piston was damaged. I collected and disassembled myself to find the problem...spark plug was loose, gasket slightly damaged, and nothing at all wrong with the piston! I have re-assembled and it works like a dream again. I don't think they even looked at it, just had bad attitude from the start. Needless to say I have paid my last visit and will go elsewhere in future.

Leach's have been looking after my 25 year old Mountfield lawnmower since my grandfather left it to me 15 years ago! It has its faults but somehow the guys have kept it going for me in a very honest and informative way. Great guys to work with - highly recommended.

Being coming here a few years now, helpful staff always get looked after. Bought my lawnmower, and strimmer from here. Would definitely recommend giving them a call, you will not be disappointed. A good assortment of tools to look at.

Excellent service, very helpful and excellent community. Needed a new strimmer asap, emailed on Saturday morning and within 1 hour had a brand new one ready and waiting. From 1st email to pick up and back home with it in hand was within 2 hours!!! No comparison, best business out there
