Called in advance of visit re purchase of his and hers e bikes. Upon arrival we (over 60’s) were completely ignored by staff who avoided eye contact and walked around the store again to avoid contact. One did seem happy though to chat with a much younger customer who had ignored the ‘we demand’ mask policy. Went to Pure Electric days later and had a great experience although we spent over 6k.

I found Leisure Lakes after a quick google search for a new MTB. I WAS VERY happy to see that they had a large quantity of stock options especially given the current high demand in bikes. Bike was fully set up and boxes to a high standard. Can’t complain! Check them out!
