Was looking for a replacement spoke which they didn't have but they very kindly suggested another more road biased shop nearby.where we did get sorted. Excellent Covid controls.
Excellent customer service from Pete and Rob they went above and beyond to find me my new bike. By far the best bike shop in the area. They both have superb product knowledge and are friendly and welcoming. The shop caters for all price ranges and has a superb high end range. Didn’t feel pressured into committing to buy anything but I did buy a bike and I am impressed with the quality of it and the service I received from Pete and Rob. Would highly recommend visiting the Lancaster branch of Leisure Lakes, they are well worth the visit even if you have to travel some distance to them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I’ve used LL in Lancaster for over 10 years now. Always a cracking service, realistic time frames and competitive costs. And any questions are answered to the Nth degree. In the days of online shopping, a face to face personal experience far out weighs no customer service and minor (if any) cost savings. Use them, you’ll enjoy buying your next bike.
Hugely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful staff. Had great advice & help finding the right bikes & components for myself & my kids. Workmanship on all servicing & repairs has been second to none in my experience. This should be your first stop shop for anything bikes in Lancaster. Highly recommended
