1. I ordered three items and have only received one so far. If an item is not available or in stock, why aren't they informing the customer on the online website? I would have bought the undelivered items elsewhere. 2. Picking up that one item from Lester Bowden was a nightmare. The shop in Epsom is truly chaotic and collecting the order took over an hour! 3. Finally, the quality of all the items that I have bought from Stevenson's this time round as well as on previous occasions is pathetic. I could easily buy items of far superior quality at better prices elsewhere.

I ordered school clothes back in July 2020 and have recived them over time however they come within months. I order an item back in July 2020 and haven't recieved it up until now. However customer service in the store was okay but more staff is needed.

Paid online only collecting, just 2 people in front of us, OVER 70 mins to collect at the door. The two staff running around are lovely and polite, its the people above, organisational and planning skills alot to be disired obviously
