Wheelchair-accessible entrance
We hit a queue on the road waiting to get in due to one of the maintenance sessions onsite. The site is well managed with staff saying where to park, etc. Once we were in, it was easy to unload our stuff and place it in the relevant areas.

Really disappointed by the service here. I'm new to the area and when I arrived it didn't seem clear that it was a one way as there were gates and a car blocking one way so I drive to the only space that's clear and visible (which was only a few metres from the entrance) when I get out of the car one of the workers there comes up to me and starts yelling at me in front of everyone! This could have been alot easier to deal with than the way he did. There were also several workes just stood around talking at the entrance when I arrived and didn't once direct me where to go! I'd suggest being more friendly and helpful when people arrive! This was the first time in a long while that I've felt that upset by the way someone has spoke to me...so much so for me to leave this review. I hope someone reads it and that they take it on board to be nicer to there visitors.
Always very helpful I am disabled and they can't do enough to help me with unloading my waste. The only thing I don't like is where it is , it's a bit of a way from where I live

The website says that they accept inkjet cartridges - but at the recycling centre there's nowhere to put them. I asked the man, but the best he could offer was to put them into the small appliances container.
