Disappointed with desserts tonight. Waffle was cold and chewy and had very little topping although the description says 'lashes of raspberry sauce'. Order took a long time to arrive and notification of dispatch wasn't given on the app. Another desert was also ordered with an extra topping but it arrived without the additional topping. It would be also useful to know what the ice cream flavour was - the description just said 'paradise' but no description to say this was coconut. It would be good to be able to choose the ice cream and flavour to accompany the dessert.

The food was really nice, reason for 3* was because of the delivery time. Ended up being 25 minutes after estimate Used Uber eats
Beautiful waffle with Ferrero rocher and hazlenuts smothered in chocolate sauce . Disappointing that the brownies and others are mass produced, frozen and defrosted to order. Still the waffle was divine.
Absolutely amazing service. They forgot our ice cream when we ordered, but literally sent out some within minutes and threw in some complimentary cheesecake. (And an extra ice cream) Thanks for making us fat we will be back
The service was absolutely appalling, I have ordered my desert and i haven’t had not had it delivered for 3 hours. When it has finally arrived 3 hours later, it was very cold and it has had a hair in my waffle. Clearly the hygiene standards need to be reviewed.
