I was a bit iffy about ordering online here as I had seen some negative reviews based on their delivery service, however mine was great! The \white kiss\ milkshake was amazing and the red velvet cheesecake is my favourite so far. Only negative is that the \taste of heaven cheesecake\ was a bit to mushy and sickly for me. The desserts arrived in just under half an hour on a Sunday night so no faults there (I ordered through deliveroo) Will definitely or again in the future! :)

Received my order and it was disgusting, banana slices were turning black and slimy strawberries. The tub of cream had seperated. Phoned to complain to be bluntly told call back in 2 hours and put the phone down without even wanting to know what the complaint was. Called back 2 hours later to be offered a credit note which i declined because if this is the standard they think is acceptable i wouldnt want eat from here. Told me to email my receipt for a refund which i have and as of yet to receive a reply or refund *** update *** have been offered a refund on the condition i remove my reviews, still not received anything.
In all honesty I’d read the recent reviews & although they were mostly bad I still gave it a go. How wrong I really was. I love not far from where they are based, both cookie dough came cold, the ice cream poorly presented and whole order just wasn’t worth the 20. Really disappointed, don’t usually take my time to write reviews but it was a must
The food here was chocolate waffle heaven never have I ever had such fluffy waffles, everything about this place was fantastic,from the friendly staff and manager to the comfy seating just whats needed after some shopping. If you haven't been here yet GO! Can't praise the manager enough for coming over and talking to us and making us feel welcome :)
