extremely dry cake inedible..happened a couple of weeks ago and today again ...would never recommend..paid4.50 and i was not even given receipt as well.. disgusting

Very poor service. Ordered via Uber eats for home delivery. Where is the rest of my dessert!!. I have ordered this item multiple times, so I am comfortable with the portion size. The cup is usually three quarters to all the way full. Today I decided to order this from the Wednesfield store, and I received a cup less than half full. At 5.95 a cup, this is day light robbery!

My friends and I tried the new cookie dough waffle and we were pleasantly surprised! Firstly, the service was impeccable, considering the current climate I appreciate the attention given towards customer service from the driver upon delivery. I have previously ordered from this branch and their service is very considerate and efficient. The desserts always hit the spot, I couldn't recommend them more!!

Wouldn't recommend. Especially as sainsburys is just down the road. Still frozen cake, lack of professionalism from staff, for the prices they charge. Are we really interested in the excuses for why the staff can't open in time or be prepared. I mean its just taking some cake out the freezer. Not much space for sitting so if you didn't go to sainsburys for one of their munch and decided to stay here. Maybe take it to go somewhere else. If I could take back the visits (7) we have already made here. I would, and I'd of gone to sainsburys.
