My door handle was loose and lock playing up on back door. Tony sorted this out within an hour of my call. He gave me an idea of cost depending on what needed doing. There were no extra charges. We moved in and found our door mechanism was out of line creating an issue where we had to attempt to force the key. Tony came out promptly and solved our issue. Tony was very thorough and left the job tidy. We now have a door that locks perfectly. Brilliant job !!!
Our garage door lock broke inside the frame, meaning we couldn't get in (a problem as my car lives in there and as we have no back gate its our only access to the house, so I had to walk food shop around the block) Tony came out within 24hrs, and even though it took him twice as long as it should of (due to very tight door, badly fitted by builders,) he stuck to his quote. He fitted a new lock, which feels great quality, was very professional and friendly, he left no mess and did a great job.
