Absolute shambles. I booked my test a week in advance, I told the operator that I needed a test to fly Emirates within 72 hours prior to my flight and they told me the date and time to attend for my results to be valid. My Husband and I arrived on time to our appointment. The receptionist took down our details then I was called into the room to have my test but the nurse told me there has been a back log with the results and it's unlikely I would get my results in time for the flight. Meanwhile in the waiting room the (very unprofessional) receptionist was trying to take payment for the 2 tests which I managed to interrupt after my conversation with the nurse. It was 4:45pm and we were panicking that we would not get our results in time. The nurse and receptionist just shrugged it off, and again were so unprofessional!! They had every opportunity to call me prior to the appointment and advise that there was a delay but they didn't and even still tried to take payment. As we were back in the waiting room another lady come in to get a refund for the test she paid for before she was told of the delay and said "Don't use these people!!" and proceeded to tell us of the clinic she went to. I managed to get my Husband and I booked in the the Fleet Street Clinic just before 5:30pm (when they close) and they were extremely helpful. Yes the test was more expensive at 295.00 each but I received our results within 4 hours of the test. But back to London Travel Clinic, they're unprofessional and don't seem to be bothered of clients deadlines (which they advise the booking on!!!) and just want to take your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We booked to have 2x COVID fit to fly tests before flying to Cyprus on the 18th September via CityDoc who must outsource to London Travel Clinic to take the swabs. We were advised to book as early into the 72 hours as possible so booked around 68 hours before the flight. We got to the clinic and the receptionist advised us 90% of results were coming back within 48 hours, however the 2 nurses inside said they had been advised that day that everything was taking 3-5 days with no guarantees. Bit of a communication breakdown between a door! Anyway we took a risk with the tests (which at the time were 150 each) and the results came back within 24 hours via email with the certificates that allowed us entry into Cyprus. Perfectly fine service, just a bit of a communication breakdown between the receptionist and the nurses taking the tests which made us panic a bit.

The worst clinic ever. If you don't want to lose a lot of money don't get in touch! scammers! give wrong information just to get money! My husband and I lost 300 for two tests that arrived late when we got to Cyprus. zero contact and knowledge! I do not recommend! watch out for them!!!

Came here to get a travel vaccine - had to go twice for a specific vaccine and found the London Travel Clinic on the search engine. Given that there is a whole network of Travel Clinics across London, I thought it was a good bet and the website looked professional. However, when I arrived the place looked like a makeshift place. I could hardly believe my eyes - it doesn't look like a clinic at all but just a rented room with a small (also) makeshift reception. It looked totally dodgy and unprofessional. However, that's what it was and one shouldn't go after the looks only so I decided to go ahead. The two nurses both did not look like nurses either but rather than a bunch of students fallen out of their SOHO bed. I kid you not (no professional 'nursewear', just casual jeans, sneakers, t-shirt). It did not exactly inspire confidence. The first nurse was ok I have to say but the second one hardly knew what she was talking about. I went ahead anyways since I needed the vaccine but I was really close to just calling it a day and leave. I still feel uneasy about the experience. All in all, semi-professional from so many aspects and I will definitely never visit again.

I needed a Fit to Fly covid 19 test 96 hours before boarding a flight to the UAE for business. I booked by phone and the process seemed very simple. I had to travel a fair distance to the clinic as I Live on the Isle of Wight, so Ferries, car travel, congestion charge, parking etc. On the day the staff were pleasant and helpful, and told me that the results would be up to 48 hours before they were available which was fine and potentially at the worst I would receive them while in the air. However no results ever materialised and I had to retest and isolate on my arrival into Dubai. I contacted the clinic who took around three days to respond. When they did they were apologetic and said they would refund my test cost but they couldn't refund onto my credit card but needed all of my bank details and date of birth!! With the thought that I was just about to scammed I told them no I would not supply that information and they must refund to my credit card. Suffice to say I have not herd back from them in over seven days and my results still haven't arrived... my test at Dubai airport took around 16 hours to arrive. I could not recommend this company

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Refreshingly honest advice on the risk factors for travel with no attempts to upsell. On the expensive side, but I booked yesterday and was in and out in 15 minutes today, so a premium service. Would recommend.

I've been here 3 or 4 times now. It's convenient and the staff are always really helpful and informative. It makes the whole process really easy.

This travel clinic refuses to answer basic questions about the information on their website on the phone, citing that every question has to be answered by a nurse; no surprises that you have to pay for the privilege. I recommend NomadTravel.co.uk, the same basic questions I asked The London Travel Clinic were answered on the phone and the customer service far exceeded that of The London Travel Clinic.
