Lucy is an absolutely fantastic race skipper, calm and quietly confident in everything. I asked Lucy to pull together an all female campaign last year to give women an environment where they could learn the racing ropes in a safe and supportive environment. She came up with a fabulous programme and we even managed a couple of podium finishes during the season! I'd recommend Lucy to anyone both beginners and those more experienced.
