Staff stood chatting amongst each other for 35minutes whilst asked multiple times politely if they could help us. Don't give them your money if they can't be bothered to help

Usually really helpful staff, I've never had a bad experience and them I met Steve... What a chap! Really helpful and knowledgeable about our new tropical fish, great with cold water tank fish too. His expert guidance ensured that our new fishy home was performing to the highest standard, he gave clear advice on which fish would be best and even helped guide us the the best ones to keep together whilst explaining why. Buying tropical can get expensive so expect to pay a little but I have *never* had a bad experience, been overcharged (I feel) or taken advantage of. Would highly recommend. The rest of the staff are also very good and always helpful.

Great place to visit with you kids or yourself, I go their quite regular as they have alot of various fishs, and purchased quite a bit here, all different colours from big to small fishs, tropical to cold and outdoor fishs, they also have a garden centre outside and a big shop inside with variety of items
