100% recommended. Friendly , knowledgable and competitively priced bike repair shop. Geoff and his team have always been great with my scooters and always go the extra mile to help me out.

Poor servicing for Motorcycle , First glance everything looked fairly normal however in the weeks which followed i found a loose bolt in the fairing panel (removable to reach underseat) which caused my bodywork to fall off and at the same time a loss of luggage on the bike , Fortunately nobody was hurt in the incident . The clutch lever also fell off completely on a motorway which resulted in a call out recovery again something which should have been checked properly during service. I'm also not convinced the valves were checked or aligned properly as the bike feels no better than before the service and the gear box feels like it's not ticking over properly but again this was an oversight . The service was high price for absolute basic stuff and i'm not happy at all with these guys as they did't get even get the basics right and it will take another service to correct or at least put my mind at rest . I'm pretty relaxed and tolerant of most things but this is just a step too far for me , The guys who own the shop are nice but from a customer point of view missed problems can amount to serious consequences , Hopefully they can improve in the future .

I RUE the day I went here, I would never go here again other than to retrieve another part missing off my bike that they forgot to put back! They changed a front tyre and couldn't get the front brake to work afterwards. I had to pay someone else to put their work right . Seriously! The story goes on but I will leave it with the brake and missing parts!

Absolutely horrendously shocking customer service and just staff in general .. I dont even know where to start.. lets just say ive put all bikes I have owned in this shop and everytime they still charge me a ridiculous amount for the average job that they manage to do .. I bought a Suzuki gs 500 earlier on in the year and began having problems with it midway through the year, put it in this shop and got charged an extortionate amount only for it to not be fixed and breakdown the next day from receiving the bike back and leave me stranded quite a way from home.. upon ringing them, they sent a van out to collect it and i was greeted with "what is wrong with it now, im missing the football because of this" .. extremely aggressive and absolutely no professionalism from any of the staff here .. went to collect the bike from the shop again to be told its definately fixed and its been running great these past few days, i took the bike off the stand to ride it home and the bike cut out and wouldnt start again .. DEFINATELY recommend not using this shop or there services ..One of my instructors from my local motorcycle training school admitted to me that even as a motorcycle enthusiast he doesnt down talk bike shops however this one he told me definately to never even consider using as the owner tried to sell a scooter to a family member of his when the head gasket had gone! Appalling, shocking, unacceptable and totally un professional to say the least.
