There was a bad tailor who was employed here and who made a hash of alterations to my coat. I wasn't happy so returned with my coat. The bad tailor had been given his cards and the very lovely man, whose business this is, fixed my coat free of charge. I collected it yesterday and I am delighted. It's perfection and I love it. And what a thoroughly decent man. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, he was so polite and mannerly. He asked when I wanted the trousers back and said I could even have them the same day if it helped. On my return he showed me the work and it was a very professional job. My trousers were very expensive and I was worried they would not look right but they are amazing. Thank you!

They are very efficient, customer focused and the quality of the work was perfect. I would recommend them over any other tailor in Inverness.
Terrible customer services. Made a horrible job of my jeans. Had to go to baron tailors to get it fixed. I do not recommend.
