Spacious, compared to other McDonald's. Nicer atmosphere. Sometimes a bit dirty, but not usually an issue. Coffee is a bit cheaper than some other McDonald's.

Walked in, used the touch screen order system. Paid and collected. No problems, correct order. Friendly service.
No toffee sauce! Editing my review, down from 3 * to one, though they deserve a big fat 0! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited, and unfortunately it's my closest. Last month I ordered (and paid for) 2 quarter pounder meals and received regular hamburger patties in a seeded bun, today I ordered (and paid for) a double quarter pounder meal, and received a single quarter pounder in a double box!! these are just the most recent mistakes, I will in future drive to Bishop Auckland, the extra petrol is less expensive than Newton Aycliffe's mistakes.
