Vet was fantastic - unsure her name. Really helpful, great with Bucky and explained everything so well. Nice kind staff on reception and the whole process was really smooth, which is great as it was our first ever vets appointment!

Pros: 24 hour opening hour, vet is reasonably professional. Cons: extremely expensive!!! Definitely not a price for a normal person to pay if they don’t have pet insurance, really too expensive. Reception was rude when I called in to check with my pet who has been hospitalised, disappointed with the service with the price I have been charged.
Excellent service. The vet was very helpful and understood our concerns. It’s great to have a out of hours between for pet emergencies. It was a little over priced in my opinion 150 for a consultation is rather expensive in addition to injections my dog had to have which went over 200. Nonetheless they were very helpful and reassuring.
It was my first time at Medivet (after having some average to poor experiences with other vet practices). Everyone was super attentive, specially the vet - Steph. She was a real hero! Super caring with my puppy, and extremely patient with all my questions. She explained everything that I needed to know, and was able to put my worried mind at ease. I'm super thankful.
The nurses and vets were incredibly welcoming and friendly and clearly love the pets they receive which inspires trust. The vet who saw my dog was very attentive while taking the medical history and kept me informed of their findings and treatment plan which, again, inspires trust. Definitely recommended
Helpful staff. Kostas the vet is empathetic with patient and owner, and seems to have done a great job with Dennis' lipomas that he removed. When his surgery got cancelled because of an emergency, Kostas understood why we couldn't take the alternative appointment offered and went above and beyond to ensure that the dog could come in at a suitable time to be operated on. The patient still has to recuperate but so far it's been a great experience.

Everyone that I spoke to was warm, friendly and informed. When I spoke to the vet about the treatment my cat was to receive I felt that he was assured and clear and explained all details very well - when one is handing over a beloved being who can't tell one how they feel a huge level of trust is placed in that practice and I felt reassured that she would be cared for.
