We ordered some cluster lights from Mill Race online to replace a set that went faulty, we found the exact ones we needed (2000 lights and 25M long). This was on the weekend before Christmas and they do free delivery but it said 7 to 10 working days but we ordered them and thought we would get them up maybe just in time for new year. How wrong was I, they turned up 4 days later on Christmas eve. Thank you so so much Mill Race you helped to make out Christmas and get our house lit up again in time for the big day.

A nice garden centre with variety of areas to explore as well as the usual plants etc. Added bonus for kids is that inside is also Swallows Aquatics and Animal Encounters. Worth keeping an eye on events as in the past they have had BBQ demos, reptile handling and fun days. In the summer months its possible to rent a rowing boat on the river. Cafe is OK and supplies the usual nibbles and drinks you would expect. Prices are on par with other places.

We were helped to purchase a spare part for our pond pump by a very knowledgeable man in the Aquatic department. I first phoned Mill Race Garden centre and was greeted by the gentleman we eventually met & told me what I needed to know including how to find the garden centre. My husband and I were very happy and lucky to have his expertise. I told him I gave him 5 gold stars for his help.
