Great service from start to finish. Two top notch guys who know their business and can't do enough to help. Was contacted back within minutes of my email inquiry and bike was dropped to my door 3 days later. Plenty of photos and a video available on all their bikes on a user friendly Web page. I found a rare 1991 model in (neigh) showroom condition, certainly a page saved to my favourites to keep an eye on.
This is the first time I have bought a motorcycle without seeing it in person. So I approached it with some trepidation, however any concerns were immediately allayed. The description, photos and video presentation were very professional. Arrangements to purchase and part exchange were straight forward and confirmed by email. The delivery and changeover of bikes was seamless and finally meeting Chris who I had dealt with throughout was a pleasure. All subsequent documentation was efficiently taken care of by Chris. Motorcycles UK are extremely professional and easy to do business with.

Unfortunately there is no 6 star rating! They deserve it! Simply amazed with this company's effort in finding the motorcycle I wanted! And they got it! The short version - an excellent dealer and a happy customer!! I always approach dealers (whether car or bike) as I would a cat inviting you to rub its belly - a degree of sceptical caution based on past experience that I'm likely to come off worse! But right from the off with my first conversation with Chris I felt that this would be a very different dealer experience. Straightforward, honest conversation about both the bike I was interested in, and a possible part exchange meant I felt respected as a customer and also that I was in safe hands. Chris took time to go over details of the bike with me, and communication was great , and I was left in no doubt I was dealing with a really professional and caring company. Their passion for bikes and understanding of our needs as riders shone through, and I felt a genuine commitment to making a deal happen that worked for us both - especially impressive given the fact I was buying sight unseen in these odd times! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike, whether used or new.

I purchased the bike in January but have only just had the opportunity to ride it due to adverse weather conditions etc. The bike was delivered by Darren in an immaculate condition and is exactly as described in the video. The bike performed as Darren explained. I'm very pleased all round. Thanks for the deal and good luck for the future.
